In celebration of Pride Month, Metro Cinema will be showcasing six LGBTQ films for the duration of June.

The line-up includes the Academy Award-nominated Milk (selected by Edmonton Mayor, Don Iveson), as well as films by Canadian directors Bruce LaBruce and Kate Johnston.

Celebrating more than 30 years of Pride Month, Edmonton kicked off the festivities June 5, with last Saturday’s parade attracting close to 50,000 attendees.
